Can I return my item?
Yes! You have 30 days from purchase to return unopened items in their original packaging with tags intact. Defective items are also eligible. Opened items cannot be returned.
How do I start a return?
Email us at contact@havana.com.au. We’ll confirm if your return is approved and send you the address. Please note: you cover postage. Items sent without approval cannot be accepted.
What about shipping?
International orders may take longer. Delivery times depend on our courier partners, so we’re not responsible for delays.
My item arrived damaged or wrong – what now?
Check your order on arrival and contact us immediately. We’ll sort out damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Can I exchange my item?
The fastest way is to return your original item, then place a new order for what you want.
When will I get a refund?
Once we inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. If 15 business days pass and you haven’t received it, contact contact@havana.com.au.
